International Overdose Awareness Day (IOAD) is a global event held on August 31st each year. It aims to raise awareness around overdose and reduce the stigma of drug-related death, while also providing the opportunity to lobby politicians about overdose and -demand better community responses.
MVPASAP created a collage of pictures of those who lost their lives to overdose/addiction. This collage was shown LIVE on MVPASAP Facebook page on August 31, 2020.
