Do you ever feel like a fraud? Do you find yourself devaluing your successes because you feel like everyone else is going to eventually find out that you did not actually deserve it? This feeling is completely normal-especially in business school where it feels like everyone is constantly achieving the next best thing. This week we have brought on two business students, Shreya Dundigalla and Alexander Munguia, to have a vulnerable discussion on how imposter syndrome has impacted their college experience and how they have learned to manage it.
