Description

This week on the show we speak to multi disciplinary large scale and studio fine artist Tony Plant. If you live near a beach in Cornwall, you may have come across one of Tony’s mammoth beach pieces whilst looking down over a cliff edge, or maybe you’ve been wondering through a national trust site and caught something unusual created in the landscape- if it’s big art and it’s in the landscape, it’s most likely Tony that has created it. In the studio, Tony’s paintings, full of movement and memory capture the natural world in a different way with all his work living in symbiosis and reflection of each other. Featured on radio, tv and in the newspapers, Tony’s work inspires conversations on our connection to place, environmental issues and most importantly with each other.

It gives me great pleasure to introduce you to the wonderful ingenuity of Tony Plant
