Description

This week on the show we speak to BBC introducing artist, Suzie Mac. Suzie is a singer songwriter who has been working alongside Ivor Novello Award winner and grammy nominated Ian Dench from EMF. After playing some of the UK's most iconic venues and festivals including The Tate Modern, The Troubadour, Glastonbury, Beautiful days and Board Masters to name a few, Suzie had a life altering allergic reaction which left her hospital bound and unable to walk. Just as she was beginning to recover, she contracted the Corona virus, and found herself at Death's door. With help from some incredible Nurses, Doctor's, Specialists and her family, Suzie has managed to pull though so she can share her story and her music once more. in amongst all of her work as a musician, Suzie is also a philanthropist, helping to raise money for charities around the UK and organising events for charities such as St Petrocs, The Amber Foundation  and Age Uk. With her indestructable positive attitude and generous nature, Suzie shows the world just what it means to be brave and it is with great pleasure that I introduce you to the incredibly talented and truly courageous, Suzie Mac.
