This week on the show we speak to the creator of the first ever 'When Ready' magazine, Kilian Idsinga. A graphic designer, publisher and photographer by trade, Kilian decided that it was his turn to create a magazine in a mindful and considered way. starting with an umbrella title such as 'empowerment' or 'belonging', Kilian then opened his doors to contributors from around the world to tell their unique stories and relay their experiences around each theme, creating beautiful eclectic takes on the topic at hand. As a result , Kilian has ended up producing a unique, heart filled, meaningful publication that you want to treasure as opposed to throw away once finished with. Each magazine is lovingly put together and only goes on sale once Kilian feels it is 'story ready', making it the first of its kind to honour quality content over consistent distribution.
On the show we talk about what drives Kilian to create his magazine, how his mothers passing changed the course of his life and of course, those all important moments that shaped his career.
