This week on the show we speak to founder of make work play , Lucy Taylor. Lucy is a facilitator, systemic coach, constellation mapper and designer of immersive learning experiences. She is a passionate believer that things always go better when we play and specialises in helping people to use creative practice to find their flow and work together better.
Before setting up Make Work Play Lucy worked variously as a behaviour change consultant, a collaborator with On Your Feet, as part of the Story Team at Greenpeace International and as a Strategy Director for communications consultantancy eatbigfish. But realising that nothing quite fit her vision for herself took the big freelance leap and ended up with the creative job of her dreams encocorporating everything from puppetry to dance. She is a collaborative regular with the ever creative Dancing Fox team where Together with founders Tommy Crawford and Brian Fitzgerald they run training sessions for activists on the power of improvisation and story to create a better world for us all.
It gives me great pleasure to introduce you to the innovative and playful Lucy Taylor. Follow Lucy and her work here: https://www.makeworkplay.co.uk/
