Hi guys! This episode is all about anger, the types of anger, how to control it, and much more! Anger is a common emotion and not a sign of weakness - instead, it is an evolutionary mechanism that humans developed to recognize triggers and take action. But when it is not managed productively or expressed rationally, anger can escalate into conflict and negative emotions. We also share personal insight towards the end and open up about our own anger episodes. This episode means a lot to us as we definitely put ourselves out there in that we admit that anger is one of our flaws. We hope that through this conversation and research, we can learn to become more intentional when it comes to our anger management skills.
