Hi everyone! This episode is all about gratitude - what it is, how we can develop and deepen our gratitude, and its pros and cons. We bring in research from psychology professors from UC Davis and Yale University and also talk about ways we express gratitude in our daily lives. This episode is to help ourselves and others understand how we can be more grateful every day.
