This week we talk with an athletic trainer who has worked with and interviewed many top Hollywood stars. He has learned plenty from some of the biggest names in fitness. He believes that it is important to build not only physical strength, but also mental strength. We talk about mental toughness, intrinsic motivation, motivation, willpower, the power of small steps, conversations about 'cheap heat' with Hulk Hogan and sticking to the plan.
