The boys talk about always defining your exit strategy form the beginning as all partnerships will eventually end, do not put a time stamp on the partnership but you need to know what to do if something happens. Some great questions to ask yourself before entering into a partnership: why do you want to be an owner? Do you want to take on that risk? Would you be better off just working for the company?
