How do you make a good first impression? How do you prep for an important date? How can you deal with pre-date nerves? How important is  non-verbal communication and what can we learn from Love Island?! Drawing on his years of experience working with clients and corporations, Eoghan answers all of these questions and also shares how can we apply good rules of business and the importance of always bringing your best self whatever the situation. We also discuss how to tell a good anecdote, how to return to small talk post covid, the importance of being a good listener, how to be a good communicator and why too much eye contact can be a bad thing!
