Our posture is our position before Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.

Every day, we need to take into consideration how our heart is and the fullness of our soul. Are we aligned with Him? Our posture as we empty ourselves should be one that allows us to be filled with Him but it is imperative that we take inventory of ourselves each day, each time we come before Him, to evaluate our posture, be aware of what fleshly constructs may be holding us back, and be real and vulnerable with Him so our posture is one that is ready to receive.

What is your posture before Jesus on this day? Are there things you need Him to empty you of or free you from? Are you experiencing the fruits of the Spirit? Are you battling fear, pride, or lust in your soul?

Pause and ask the Holy Spirit to guide you into the truth to reveal the posture of your heart and soul before God. Share the overflow of your heart with Jesus as the Holy Spirit guides you.
