Stop the Triggers in Addiction Recovery 

What are my triggers today? 

How can I stop the triggers?  

What are some coping mechanisms that will help me get past and through these challenging times when and if I am triggered?   

Here's what I suggest and a lot of it is doing the pre-work to avoid the issue. 

 -meditate first thing in the morning 

-exercise daily  

-breathwork
