On today's episode, we're joined by the two cutest little guests. They tell us what they like about exercise and give some great pointers for healthy eating.

We try to set a good example for the kids with exercise and healthy eating. But we also like to include the kids as often as possible in discussions about healthy practices and living a healthy lifestyle.

Emmett and Mai give us a rundown of what their favorite protein sources are, their favorite fruits and vegetables, as well as their favorite exercises and workout routines.

We ask the kids what they want to do when they grow up and they tell us why they need to focus on being healthy and strong in order to see their dreams come to fruition.

It's a really cute, fun, and engaging episode. We were so proud of their answers to our questions. We gave no prompts and we left their original answers. Enjoy!
