In this episode I share the challenge of writing out all your thoughts as soon as you awake. I've only been doing this for 3days now and I've notice a immediate significant difference with Clarity. I'm a believer that this routine works. We must somehow remove and organize the thoughts that cloud our mind in the morning. Because if we don't our whole day becomes a mess and disorganized. Then share the importance of scripture reading and prayer in the morning and reading other books. And I share encouraging scripture for today and and a Prayer.
