Excitement is high as harvest preparations for Meyer Family Cellars begin with Matt Meyer and Val Quintero loading bins onto a trailer headed to Meyer Family Cellars in Yorkville. Harvest begins with Chardonnay, Sarah Rose' and Sauvignon Blanc. Bonny's Vineyard Cabernet will follow. Smoke from the fires is dissipating and neighbors report that grapes are coming in clean and delicious.
