Sonja is the author of best-selling books The How of Happiness: A Scientific Approach to Getting the Life You Want and The Myths of Happiness: What Should Make You Happy, But Doesn’t, What Shouldn’t Make You Happy, But Does.
This salon is underwritten by a grant Posthoc received from Templeton World Charity Foundation. This is the first in a series of salons we'll be producing in 2021/22 around the topic of humans flourishing with TWCF's support.
