Description

In this podcast Jessica talks about struggles she had and that you may be having with negative thoughts, self criticism, low confidence and anxiety. She discusses what those negative thoughts might sound like and which parts of your life you may feel the most self critical in such as you looks and body image, your performance in school work or getting other tasks done, your personality, etc.

Then she dives into the psychology behind why these negative thought patterns occur, why certain people struggle with low self esteem more than others, and how these impacts of emotional trauma through lack of love and acceptance in childhood and other parts of your life manifest as anxious behaviors and struggles with self esteem. 

She also discusses how these psychological impacts are actually reversible, how you have the power to change how you are feeling, and provides five techniques and strategies for you to overcome negative thoughts and self criticism struggles.
