Any discussion of crime, policing, and social justice is fraught with emotion and weighted with incredible pain for a lot of people. But on this week’s “Off the Cuff,” let’s start where we all should be able to agree: we want lower crime, we want a fairer and more equal system, and we want the right people at the right place at the right time helping citizens for the right reasons.
