In our first episode we meet Bianca Jordaan, Chief Information Officer at SDS Pathology. Bianca has an extensive career history working with technology in healthcare including change manager roles for MyHealth Record and e-Medical Record products. Bianca explains the importance of technology being an enabler for better care in the health industry and some of the considerations faced about designing appropriate systems to enable consumer access and usage.
