Taking a little detour from strictly Disney content, I wanted to share the exciting work of talented Sport Commerce and Journalism and Strategic Communication students at The University of Memphis that worked on the podcast 'The Women of NIL'. This is a podcast funded by a grant from the UofM Research + Innovation Division that focused on the legislative process and implementation of NIL in the state of Tennessee. The podcast focuses on the impact of NIL on female student-athletes at The University of Memphis. I was lucky enough to interview three of the four talented students working on the project, and I am happy to present their interview!
