There's no such thing as a fair bargain in narcissistic relationships. A narcissist might want your attention and energy all while bowing down before them 24/7, but what do you get in return? Some people seem to practically give up their life if not their souls in order to please their narcissist. Therefore, your happiness could be compromised. Narcissistic personality does not usually appreciate others for becoming loyal in a relationship. Narcissists just don't seem to play fair with others. There's no such thing as a fair bargain in narcissistic relationships. Your overall well-being, health and happiness could be compromised as a result of dealing with the shenanigans of narcissistic personality types. It might be time to take careful consideration of what you are actually bargaining for in narcissistic relationships.
