Every day we are faced with an endless barrage of decisions we have to make.
Some of them big...most of the small. You have to train your brain to recognise these questions and make sure you’re always striving to make the right decision.
Make every decision a win or success and ultimately the day, weeks, months and years will also be a success.
As with most things it isn’t easy. It might mean you saying to a drink with the boys and going for a run instead. Or missing your favourite TV show to watch a webinar. Listening to an audiobook on a long drive instead of the radio. You see my point.
The decisions to make the changes you need are all around us every day.
