Nic Ashcroft is a Customer Service Leader with The Cooperative Bank based at their Skelmersdale centre. Since becoming mindset aware Nic talks about how developing her mindset has impacted on her positively both personally and professionally. She continues to live by her newly found values and is now leading embedding a growth mindset ethos across the three Cooperative Bank Customer Service Centre in Manchester, Skelmersdale and Leek.
