Jason Allen is a Regional Claims Manager in the insurance industry, the VP of NAAIA, the National African Americans in Insurance Association (Michigan Chapter) and is a youth advocate. When we talked about celebrating #BlackHistoryMonth on the podcast, he wanted to pay homage to his father and greatest inspiration, Deolis Allen. Deolis is a professor of business, contributing his skills to a number of educational institutions over the years, and has always found ways to pass along that knowledge to individuals and small businesses from his community.
