Whew! I was feeling super insecure in my abilities at work recently. Then I asked myself what was I trying to accomplish: Appearing to know it all, or trying to have the best possible outcome? Sounds like a no-brainer, but achieving the best outcome may mean asking for help or (gasp!) taking responsibility for your role in what isn't working well. #BaxtersBuzz
