Autumn Skye Art has been inspiring us with her connection to the Cosmic heart, divine feminine power, and mirroring the Goddess within with her work. Our conversation was about having the courage to move forward, always following the heart and compass it provides as we navigate life.
The most important time is the here and now. All of time and space is affected by our choices. Be the change, be in Grace. She encourages us to breathe into the now moment. Everything is the balance of the in breath and out breath, give yourself permission to flow in the balance.
We talked about how people relate to mistakes and know there are no mistakes. "Maybe a door will be flung open and it's going to be O.K." says Autumn. When she paints she listens to the painting even when it doesn't make sense. There's a power in being fearless.
Mary Magdalene and her roll has been profound as her story unfolds and truth is revealed. She was misrepresented by the Catholic Church painted as a whore and poor woman who washed the feet of Jesus with her hair. She was in fact his wife and equal, a wealthy priestess who supported his works and missions. In 2016 the Vatican apologized for the misrepresentation. May her name be reclaimed and the true texts and knowledge of Christ Consciousness be revealed.
