Kalena James is a sought after Business Coach specializing in communication and business transitions and also the CEO of LyfQuest, and app to support coaches in their business! She grew up in a very abusive environment and had to do so much work to move into her power and purpose.
A pivotal marker was her 6 year old self saying "I am somebody" pushing back when she was told she would be nothing. She excelled in school and sought opportunities to be in service. As a young adult got involved with at risk youth to give back.
She felt unfulfilled until she worked with youth at a detention center that she realized she needed to have more and be more. Her story wasn't enough to help young adults to shift.
Then she went into coach training certification. How could she inspire people to live from the inside out and be inspired to change. A friend recommended she pursue the coaching. She is an IPEC coach and went through their leadership journey and training.
She confronted her own #painandtrauma through the training. How can you be the message and not just the messenger? It's a humbling journey. Through her process of healing she truly came face to face with her pain. She had a choice to make to #turnpainintopower.
Who she was was right in her face the entire time. Everything her hand touched every title and experience, she was living connected to the title of a Life Coach. The partnership of wanting people to live in the power purpose and plan. It was the title she was defining herself by, but it was the fulfillment and impact that was the purpose.
"I am the ray that causes a deep breath that awakens the soul" and she is truly an instrument in this universe to be a vessel for people to access and partner for their progress. You can exhale the weight or inhale the awakening of the soul. It's both the inbreath and outbreath.
As she stepped fully into her purpose, her world was rocked by the revelation that her father wasn't her biological father! She traced this through a 23andme DNA test which opened up a lot of emotion for her entire family. Tune in to hear all the great nuggets and wisdom bombs this beautiful lady has to offer!
