My longtime friend Lili Hernandez is a Life Coach, Podcast Host of Corazon, Cultura, Loteria, Adjunct Professor of Community Mental Health, and so much more. After achieving her dream, she realized it wasn't the dream after all. The sometimes 3 hour commute and toxic environment she was experiencing were soul crushing. She decided to pivot and go out into private practice and take control of her life. This resulted in offering her time to enjoy life, to be in her garden, to travel, and just be present.
Through this process she learned how to set #boundaries, say no to #guiltandobligation and trust things will work out. Now she is living an empowered life, thriving instead of surviving, and keeping the faith in the unfolding. The key was letting go of the programming. She asked herself, "who am I living for, them or for me?" Towards the end of 2022 Lili lost her Maternal Grandmother, we talked about some incredible experiences she had with her Grandmother reaching out from the other side. They were unexpected, and provided a knowing that the Soul endures after transitioning from this Human Life.
