25-year-old female patient presents to the emergency department after a severe fall. She exhibits significant facial swelling, epistaxis, and difficulty in eye movement. On physical examination, there is tenderness over the maxillary sinuses, infraorbital rims, and nasal bridge. Additionally, there’s noticeable step deformity at the infraorbital rim. CT imaging reveals a complex fracture pattern extending from the nasal bridge at the level of the nasofrontal suture, laterally through the medial wall of the orbit, and down through the maxillary sinuses.
