Description

Make sure your positive thoughts are your dominant thoughts through out the day. Are you speaking life over yourself? Are you being kind to yourself? Do you beat yourself up because A,B and C aren’t perfect? It’s time to list out your limiting beliefs that hold you back and rewrite them as your daily affirmations.  What do you want to create for yourself for 2021? You have to fuel your cup first before you can pour into others. Let’s speak kindness and encouragement over ourselves all year long!

**Call to Action**

Write out limiting beliefs and re- write them as POSITIVE affirmations. As if they have already happened. FEEL THEM, visualize them, and speak them aloud. Post them where you can see them every day (index cards or post its)
