Team, individual, master. The Kiwi Alethea Boon started her professional athletic career as a gymnast where she represented her country at the Commonwealth games in 1998 and 2002 in artistic gymnastics and then in 2018 in weightlifting. She competed at the Crossfit Games as part of a team in 2014, as an individual in 2015, 2016 and 2017 and then as a master in 2019.
