Gema Elagua is a Spanish singer songwriter. She composes her own music and performs singing with her Spanish guitar and keyboard. From an early age she knew she wanted to become an artist, in fact she studied fine arts in the university, so that gives her a broader perspective about how she would like to run her music project in the future.
She loves to share her talent for music improvisation but also loves to show the process, the imperfections, showing us as we are. That is the reason the audience can find in her Instagram content ( @Gema.Elagua ) rough recordings, mostly from her working process.
Nevertheless, she has a lot of songs that she wanted to be recorded in studio, so she is going to record her first album in Madrid, it will be realesed the next year. It would contain the work she has been working on these last years, full of different genres and influences she has got in all these years as a songwriter.
