Description

Rosa Rastegar migrated to the US in 1984 with no resources and no knowledge of the real estate market. After discovering the possibilities of Connecticut real estate, she and her husband budgeted, saved, and invested strategically in INCOME PRODUCING properties all while building a family. The alternative? Not being able to provide for four kids in a new country. Using pay phones, grit, and passion to achieve the American Dream, they built a portfolio over the years which allowed them to provide for their children and retire comfortably. Through trial and error, Rosa and her husband, Said, learned to adapt to changing markets, build spec homes, and convert condos all before deciding to focus on the Section 8 model of investing. They focus on providing a home for those in need while achieving positive cash flow to better their own lives. Rosa achieved the American Dream while providing housing options for those that are looking to do so themselves.
