Life is like an onion, each time you heal a layer, you uncover another layer to be healed.
There are so many different things that affect our body's chemistry and hormonal balance.
Our hormones and body chemistry is always changing. Some days, we feel like we can be productive, and other days, we feel like being a sloth, by curling up in a ball.
Both productivity and non-productivity are equally sacred.
- We are all constantly changing - our mood, our feelings, our ability to get shit done.
-Honouring your flow and cycle is key. Give yourself grace. Go easy on yourself. Taking time to do nothing is sometimes just the medicine that the doctor ordered.

- Set an intention of how it is you want to feel. What is your desire? What is the feeling you want that you think achieving that desire will give you? How can you bring your desired feeling into your life right now?
- Affirm as much as possible, "I am just doing my best"
-Nurture your feminine energy by tidying your home environment. Declutter your house to create space.
- Clear your mind. We think all thoughts either of fear or love. Write out all your fearful beliefs. Burn them. Watch them burn.
Write out all your positive beliefs to replace them. e.g. "I am not enough" replaced with "I am enough"
