Welcome to the Friends of McGill Hockey podcast channel. Our goal is to connect the McGill hockey community through interviews and stories. The idea for this podcast channel stemmed from speaking with alumni that want to get a better idea about what their former teammates are doing now. On this channel, we will be hosting two separate shows with two completely different formats: Format 1: Panel Interviews Ken Tyler will be hosting a show called the "Captain's Meeting" that will feature a panel of guests as well as Q & A with current McGill Head Coach Liam Heelis. Format 2: One on One Interviews David Urquhart will be hosting a show called "Leadership Line Change" that will feature 1 on 1 interviews lasting approximately 30 minutes asking a similar list of questions to guests on each show. The questions will focus on their experiences relating to leadership, mentorship, habits, and their keys to success. We are planning to publish two episodes each month, one each of the “Captains Meeting” and the “Leadership Line Change”. We will start our first show by getting to know our coach, Liam Heelis.
