Ever heard of these sayings before?  I used to hate them.  Until I had a 💡moment that I was fueling my body with crap.  No wonder I was working out all the time yet not seeing any changes in my body.  In this week's episode, I dive a little deeper into what nutrition guidelines I follow (along with my intermittent fasting) to make sure I'm fueling my body well.
