Following our conversations in our previous episode, we continue talking about different ways to make ourselves feel better (or, at a minimum, cope) in moments of anxiety and stress. We talk about the acceptance of low states, which are a great opportunity to dive into what triggers us and be compassionate with ourselves in the same way we would if we were in the listener's position. We also dive into the importance of reaching out, what makes support and advice from others feel good, and what are some possible traps we can fall into, both in sharing our problems and as listeners.
