Based in Sydney, Australia, Katie’s been teaching yoga for more than two decades, is the Vice President of the IYTA (International Yoga Teachers’ Association) and has created and presents the IYTA’s Restorative Yoga Training. She's also a mum of three teenagers and a professional writer. 




Katie is an editor and health and wellbeing journalist, massage therapist and the author of two books: Mother Me and her new book (her pandemic passion project): Guided Relaxation – your essential guide to creating calm, written to help people discover deep relaxation – easily and simply…She is hoping to help more people discover the healing benefits and joy of Guided Relaxation!
