This week Trusted Tech Talks is joined by Rob Fox, Head of Software Engineering at Findel Education, wo shares his experiences throughout his journey in tech.

Rob is a passionate and experienced Engineering Manager with a love for solving customer problems using modern technology. To accomplish these challenges he has focused on building amazing self-sufficient teams with a culture to thrive, continuous insights and feedback; and finally key results.



Over the years he has worked as an engineer in various development teams and on projects of all shapes and sizes. From agency style web development builds, through to Enterprise level platforms. More recently he has enjoyed the managerial side of these projects for some of the top UK retailers and tech businesses.



Some of his key personal and professional experiences have taught him:

• With the right tech, right team, and right mindset, all is possible
• He has a desire to win but this is surpassed by the seeing the whole team win
• Building the right culture, environment and support is key to long success
• He loves to problem solve by continuously learning new technologies and techniques
