Lisa Roman was in the bow seat of the women’s eight that won gold at Tokyo 2020. Roman began competing internationally as a senior in 2013 and has since stood on five world championship podiums with the eight. It started with a bronze medal in 2013, followed by silver in 2014, and then another bronze in 2015.
