Reality Shifting is the process of using your mind to transport to different realities. Maybe you want to visit Hogwarts, or fly around on a 3 headed dragon, some people claim to have visited Gotham City as Batman. At first I was cynical about these claims and then I found this CIA Document that explains the exact same process. Now I think people are Reality Shifting without even knowing it.
