This week on the show we are joined by is a Polish-Australian Black Belt - Livia Giles
Livia has been in sport all her life starting out competing at a high level in gymnastics, then cycling, before finding Jiu Jitsu.
Under the tutelage of Lachlan Giles, she has become a 3x World Champion and an ADCC Trials silver medalist along with a long list of other achievements.
Livia is also an instructor at Absolute MMA in Melbourne, holds a degree in Physiotherapy and is a new mum which we discuss on the show!
