Matt gives an overview of what to expect during the month of September! We reestablish our 10 Rep Heavies in Front Squat, Strict Press and Deadlift. We will perform 4 benchmark workouts; Cindy, Icarus, Trident and Purple Cobra. 

We are really excited that we get to continue to work on our Power Snatches! This past month has been a lot of fun to coach you through the different positions of a snatch. The improvements have been AMAZING!
