In this podcast, Chris speaks about overcoming a debilitating back injury that prevented him for doing the things he loves to doAnd how his injury had taught him to be a better version of himself. Chris describes a balance between being all in to his passions vs being all consumed by his passions.

Chris’ details his journey as a marathon runner- how it started in Afghanistan while running with an Italian soldier, which lead to the London marathon. Then transitioning to his first 100 mile race in Texas where he learned to battle his demons of doubt and triumph over them.
