Core Tribe member, Magdalena “Maggie” Steele, is a rare breed of videographer and athlete. After graduating from Western State Colorado University with a Degree in Sport and Fitness Management with a minor in Film, Maggie pursued a career in film in Hawai’i. In this week’s pod we learn about Maggie’s first project documenting the protest of development of the Sherwood Forest on the island of Oahu, Hawai’i. We delve into her aspirations of documenting her trek to Mt Everest’s Base Camp as well as her new found sport of Ultra Running.
