Generation upon generation of humanity living in separation and ego have let to negative self-beliefs, various ancestral patterns of coping with trauma and separation, and the divine masculine and divine feminine becoming wounded - and this manifesting in society in different ways.
The inner work involves reprogramming our negative self-beliefs and aspects which block the light from the heart center and intelligent infinity from flowing into, through and out of us, into a loyal servant. Also we can connect more to our bodies in a genuine way, rather than engaging in escapism or living in egoic mental programming. This itself is a grounding process with can engage with, which works well with other forms of grounding such as working on balancing and healing the lower chakras.
This grounding gives us a healthy foundation from which to explore the symbolism, imagery and grand universal correspondence between all things, from the most tiny to grand universal patterns - after all, as above, so below.
