In this episode I introduce a symbol that can help illustrate the psyche - the relationship between the I AM observer awareness, dualistic beliefs in the mind, Teal Swan's parts work and the subconscious/shadow. I also draw connections between this symbol and the Vedic concept of Saṃsāra.
