Plagiarism dates back far and wide, and the event of Lord Byron was only one of history’s examples, Helen Keller, MLK, Johnny Cash, Melania Trump all famous plagiarists. Plagiarism can get you expelled from schools, end up in courts, and end up getting sued. But what about freelancing, ghostwriting, and the most famous (potential) plagiarist in history. Was it really the father or playwright, the experts of the sonnet, the literary icon that is William Shakespeare? Or is this just something rotten that the media has cooked up? We will find all of this out today and more when we talk with Drake University Professor, and Shakespeare Scholar Jeanette Tran.
