Mental health is often stigmatized, especially in Asian cultures. We’ve invited Rachel to join us in this discussion and share her knowledge as well from a spirituality and enlightenment perspective. We talk about going to therapy, talking to our parents about our mental health, different aspects of spirituality, and comparing religion to spirituality.
